Josh and Amy

Sunday, April 26, 2015. Now that I finally wrote up X's third month, we're onto the fourth! March to April - things kept getting usually warmer, we had a freak snow storm, it's rained here and there, and we officially have a roller! Rosie isn't totally bummed about X - he means there are blankets on the floor she can lay on! We made Calzones one weekend. G still loves to wear her apron and hat. And since this post has been sitting here half written since the end of April, it's high time I finish it.

Josh and Amy: The Thirty-Fifth

http://www.joshandamyadams.blogspot.com/2015/02/the-thirty-fifth.html

Tuesday, February 17, 2015. I finally managed to get back on my computer so I could do this post - the night before he turns two months old. His two week stats had him at 50th% for head circumference, 45th % for weight, and 75th% for height/length. (Our new doctor's charts don't list the exact weight/height.) So, we have a long, skinny-ish boy. He's definitely changed in the last month, though - I rather doubt he'll under the 50th percentile for weight at his check up on Thursday.

Josh and Amy: December 2014

http://www.joshandamyadams.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html

Tuesday, December 16, 2014. 2014 has been a year where I didn't do well blogging, that was obvious when I looked over my list of posts and saw there were only three. For the entire year. At least I've done better in my physical journal. It also appears that I never mentioned on here (as opposed to other social media) that I am pregnant. We're still working on why you don't do certain things on the couch - like sit on the arms or bounce around too much. She LOVED this slide/tunnel at the park in Washingto...

Josh and Amy: September 2014

http://www.joshandamyadams.blogspot.com/2014_09_01_archive.html

Thursday, September 25, 2014. The Thirty-Second (with lots of death and a first for us). So I didn't manage to post as soon as I had said in the last post. Whoops. I'll see about posting about G and putting lots of cute pictures up. For now, I thought I should give a more immediate update. First and foremost, I am getting way too used to stepping downstairs and killing a yellow jacket that is walking around on the carpet in confusion. Settled down to sleep - but their numbers seemed unchanged. In happier...

Josh and Amy: January 2014

http://www.joshandamyadams.blogspot.com/2014_01_01_archive.html

Sunday, January 12, 2014. It's a new year and I'm finally posting again. December was a good month - colder than I like, but I grew up in a place where we got an inch of snow and everything just. stopped. I still can't say I'm a pro at driving in snow, but I go extra slow and take every turn and stop easier. I think I still make Josh cringe when I drive in snow. I guess that just goes to show I wouldn't do well with him working from home. He'd never get anything done. G mostly wanted to run free here, si...

The Wonderings, Whereabouts, and Whatnots of the Wiest Family. Sunday, June 24, 2012. Hiking to Donut Falls. Donut Falls is a beautiful hike up Big Cottonwood Canyon. http://www.wiestfamily.com/2011_12_01_archive.html

The Wonderings, Whereabouts, and Whatnots of the Wiest Family. Saturday, December 24, 2011. Now that we have a child, we thought it was about time to send out a Christmas card. This past year has been very eventful and here are a few of the highlights. December 2010 – Abigail is hired to teach ESL math to 6. March – Scott is off to San Francisco for a week, but is back in time for his parents, Gary and Sharon, to come to Austin for the first time. This month’s big news: it’s a boy! May – Scott is o...

Josh and Amy Mac

Josh and Amy Mac. Tuesday, May 22, 2012. Our Year So Far. This year has been pretty insane for us so far. I honestly have not had a moment to blog about anything since our “zoo” year’s eve party. Since I know catching up for the last 6 months is going to be quite difficult,. I’m going to try to get a lot of it into one post. Deep breath. Here we go. In January I started my last semester of my bachelor’s degree. I took 21 credits and took a lot of difficult and time consuming upper division courses. There...
