Sunday, January 23, 2011. Overall it was a wonderful weekend full of great food, fun adventures, and relaxation! Here are some pictures of the highlights of our weekend, enjoy! Bundling up to get ready to go XC skiing. Eating at the historical MinneSoda Fountain. This reuben was SO good! We had to try the hot fudge shakes! Nothing like skiing in -10 deg weather! Thursday, March 3, 2011. Trip across the Midwest! Last weekend, Josh and I traveled to Minnesota and Wisconsin to visit our families. We had fun going on a train ride (on the light rail downtown Minneapolis) with Ethan, Emily and Diane and enjoyed lunch at one of our favorite restaurants- Aurelio's with the Ridder family! Sunday, February 13, 2011. Josh and I celebrated Valentine's Day early this year since we both work later in the evening on V-Day. Saturday, September 3, 2011. Jayden was able to do the Pioneer Trek in June with the young women and men in our Stake. She was so nervous and didn't really want to go. She kept telling us that she was going to die on the trek so she left us this message on the easel white board the morning she left. Funny that she didn't mention her mom and dad in that note but hey we can't forget Justin Bieber! This is the morning I dropped her off at the church with a couple friends.
