What We've Been Up To. We've been up to quite a bit, since I posted last. Moved up the date of our move to Texas - the end of May! Lots of packing, sorting, and cleaning. Benj registered for classes at Texas A&M. Benj's parents came to UT, stayed for a brief visit, & took off for their mission in Nauvoo. Sent Benj's car, Clive, to Nauvoo with his parents - we'll miss him, but we're changing things up as we head to Texas. Check out what I did here. It appears as if May will be just as promising!

Saturday, April 25, 2009. I cannot believe that my little McKinley will be turning 6 years old on May 7! We are getting things ready for her birthday party and since both my girls have decided that they LOVE making their invitations online so we can put their pictures on them we went out on a "photo shoot". McKinley had a lot of fun playing around and being the center of attention, and I had fun taking her picture and watching her do her many poses and faces! Posted by The Brewer's. Tuesday, July 12, 2011. Six Flags Over Texas! After our fun-filled 4th of July we decided to go to Six Flags Over Texas on July 5! We have never been to Six Flags and were very excited to go on all the rides! We were able to share the fun day with the same awesome people we went boating with the day before (in case I haven't mentioned, we have the best friends)! I couldn't believe what troopers the kids were! It was so hot, shade was limited in some areas, we did a TON of walking and they did AWESOME!

So the Best Part of the Day. Now I find myself asking Benj the same question quite frequently and the answers are varied, but I still love hearing and sharing the best parts of the day. It keeps us positive and focused on the good, and who doesn't like that? So the best part of today? I successfully got the shopping, the dishes, and dinner prepped today.
