Monday, 7 December 2009. This is Joshua George William Brown. Our beautiful boy who will be two on Feb 6th 2010. Josh has a genetic condition called X-linked Hyper IGM which means his immune system is significantly impaired. He also has Neutropenia which means his immune system is compromised even further.
