Big Sis and Little Man. Tuesday, August 28, 2012. The first week of school was an incredibly easy transition for the kiddos. I was a bit stressed out because my part time teaching gig started the same week. But the kiddos - they did great! This week. well that is another story. A bit more drama on the kiddos' side and Disco and I are still crazy busy just trying to keep up. It really should slow down after this week is over. Big Sis and Little Man. Friday, March 16, 2012. Little man started soccer this week. He was SO CUTE! It was pretty entertaining watching 3-4 year olds running around the soccer field. Few kiddos listened. Few followed directions. Most of them wandered back to moms and dads for drinks and snacks while their coaches were talking. And several cried. Oh the drama! Big Sis and Little Man. Monday, May 21, 2012. Little man's class took a field trip to the zoo in April. I think I was as excited about the field trip as little man was! His first big field trip to the pumpkin patch was cancelled due to weather last fall so I knew he was due a "big boy" trip. Saturday, May 16, 2015. Bring your kid to work day. I started a new job a few months back, and it seemed like everyday for about a month something AWESOME would happen. I am realistic enough to know that not everyday over the length of my career would be that awesome, but it sure was nice to feel like that is the culture I was hired into.
