Part of Whaddon Way Church…. Night Ramble and Sleepover Frenzy. As I write this it’s late Sunday night and I’ve just about recovered from Friday Frenzy – that has to be a record. A good nights sleep was had by most, but some reported being disturbed by strange noises. Most of us awoke to the sound of young birds chirping in their nest which is lodged just above the window. In addition to the usual Club night, we had a time of planning for the next session, and shared a mass of information:. We’re moving: Whaddon Way Church is transferring to the Frank Moran Centre shortly whilst the current building is demolished and a new Church will rise from its ashes. Part of Whaddon Way Church…. Last Week and Next Week! Well this Friday was smoothie night. Thanks to Lex who was making all this wonderful concoctions. Also a thank you to Mary and Mo who were making and baking wonderful biscruits which were dee. It was nice to see the club buzzing with excitment. It made a change to see so many people and we hope that we will continue to see them. Next week is Kareoke night and hopefully if Josie remembers she will bring her Kareoke system. Also a little surpise gift.

Part of Whaddon Way Church…. This week’s update is brought to you by Nick B. Hey all, Friday was a fun evening where we all came together to play games on both the xbox360 and the new frenzy wii! On the xbox we had guitar hero world tour going where everyone enjoyed playing as part of a band with great guitars, drums and occasionally good singing. On the wii we had wii sports going, many of us enjoyed playing tennis, baseball and boxing. Everyone enjoyed themselves and it seemed to be a great success.

Saturday, March 3, 2012. Playing with Windows 8 - Build 8250. So I put a spare hard drive in my laptop and installed a fresh copy of Windows 8. The installation was FAST! The only driver I had to add was the video card driver from NVidia. The basic M$ driver allows full res but is not usable because of the lack of hardware acceleration.
