Wednesday, July 30, 2014. Random Photos from May to July 2014. Get ready for a random photo overload! We went to Miranda’s graduation party! It was so good to see her and wish her a happy farewell to college! She’s a bright, beautiful girl who’s going places. Miranda was the only people Gwen would go to willingly that night! Always needs a corn dog when we go on a bike ride! I can’t remember why we were at Mom’s house but Alana and I got a photo together! I love this kid and his random naps. We hosted th...

Life In The Doxey Lane: Christmas Tree for FHE - Dec 1st 2014

Monday, December 1, 2014. Christmas Tree for FHE - Dec 1st 2014. So I’m behind on blogging again but I really wanted to post this before I do my catch up work. We had fun as a family decorating the Christmas tree this year. Surprisingly, I didn’t wait until the week before Christmas to get the tree up! The kids had a lot of fun doing the decorating and that alleviated a lot of stress and annoyance on my part. It’s their tree. And its glorious! Pardon my camera, it’s a wimp in low light).

We had fun shopping. I actually spent most of my gift cards on Gwen. She’s just too much fun to shop for. Enoch was the only kiddo to make it to midnight. A Museum Visit - 12/31/13. I love Colorado weather! Joe and Gwen taking a break in the Dinosaur exhibit. Mom gets bored so she takes a selfie! The boys with Kim! Alana...

Friday, May 30, 2014. The Mohawks May 30th, 2014. For the first regular season Outlaws game, Enoch really wanted to go all out with a Mohawk this year. Hence the reason he’s looked like Shaggy dog in the last few posts. He was growing his hair out for this very purpose! He did a really good job but I think we all were happy to see the mop head gone! This was by far the funnest haircut I’ve given anyone! Enoch was a good sport too. We used TONS of Elmer's glue for this hair style! So did this little cutie!

Friday, March 28, 2014. The Nuggets as a Family! We went to Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch, Joe’s favorite restaurant, drove around town doing some errands, and then Travis had soccer practice before the Nuggets game. It was the only soccer practice that Joe actually got to attend so it was fun. All in all, it was a great day and you can never have too much family time. Stretching with Coach Nardone. Chasing that soccer ball! Selfies at the game! Gwen looks so chill in her hat! Friday, March 21, 2014.

Wednesday, April 23, 2014. Travis’ Preschool Field Trip - The Denver Zoo - 4/23/14. Travis’s preschool had a field trip to the zoo. Travis couldn’t have been any more excited. Enoch was o jealous that he couldn’t take the day off from school and come with him. We had a lot of fun and got to spend the day with our friends, the Zamarrons. No need to stay with the group! It was a blast. Gwen really enjoyed the relaxing day in the stroller as well. The elephant show was a lot of fun. They were so fun. Little...

8220;It has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.”. Tuesday, September 21, 2010. So Treen and I went to Underwater World yesterday, it was really fun. I know they build those places for kids but I think it's so much more fun to go as grown-ups. Continuing with my new hobby we took our new camera and tried to get some photos. Unfortunately, animals don't like to stay still like buildings. Landscapes are alot easier. Tuesday, September 14, 2010. Anyway, this w...

8220;It has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.”. Sunday, May 5, 2013. There are good days and then there are days like this…. I cheated and this photo is actually taken on our second fishing trip as you can see mum in the background.we came up with a couple of nice little fish on this trip too). As I was enjoying this day with my boy I thought back to the first time I went fishing. I was a little older than Noah at about 6 or 7 and fishing in my home ...

8220;It has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.”. Friday, April 29, 2011. My Pride and Joy. When I was a young kid my pride and joy was a small ¾ sized nylon string guitar. I loved that guitar so much. I played, I practiced, I took it everywhere I could. I even slept with it. It brought me a great amount of enjoyment and fun. When I was much older I got a new guitar…. What’s better than having a passion for playing guitar? Sharing it with your son. But how...
