I had two vastly different Customer Service experiences within the last week and it got me thinking about my past in Customer Service and my future as a Self-Employed Entrepreneur. Friday, October 31, 2014. Ready to take bets on what time Joya will get up on the morning of the time change? My guess is 5:00. We don't know what was wrong with her. I took her in a for a throat culture on Tuesday, since her voice sounded a little garbled to me, but it was negative. So she must have just had a virus or something. Bria is literally shaking her fist in this pic, screaming "No picture! 2 Joya was so proud of her project that she wanted to take it everywhere and show everyone. When I said that wasn't a good idea, she used her noggin and asked if I could take a picture of it on my phone and show everyone that way. So I did.
