I have not learned my lesson I am still wearing my sneakers. Air bubbles trapped in the ice. Massive chunks of ice. These ice shards are about 15 feet off the river bank. Sunday, October 23, 2011. Teaching in Rural Alaska. Saturday, August 27, 2011. One of the tubs of Salmon. Students cleaning the fish. Wrapping the entire fish for later use. Wow filleting fish is hard work. Individually wrapped fillets. Yum. I am excited to try different recipes, so if anybody has any great fish ideas send them my way.
