The Powers of ten. Joshua Wilson aka #superjosh. For those of you who don't know about our amazing Joshua, he was diagnosed with his first brain tumour in 2004 age 3 and a half and following complex surgery due to the location of the tumour on the brain stem, was left with complex physical disabilities and needs.
