My (Kids') Life: it's not my fault!!!
http://twokidsblog.blogspot.com/2009/02/its-not-my-fault.html
Thursday, February 12, 2009. It's not my fault! I would blog more often but I've been effectively lured onto facebook. the greatest productivity sucker since, well, since blogging! I'm a bit embarrassed to admit that I'm fully addicted to facebook, but it's true. We're gonna have you over for a playdate. OK! And my fate was sealed! Last weekend seemed to be "movie" weekend. Friday night wsa movies with the girls and Tesdahls (minus Jim). We watched a quick veggietales movie so Mia could take part...Movie...

Larry Boatright’s Blog. The blog of larry boatright. Todd had a post. This morning you absolutely have to check out. There was a church. I’m absolutely blown away by this guy’s humility and grace. Click here. To go to their website for the scoop. On April 3, 2008 in church stuff. Great post this morn from Bobby Gruenewald. Over at Lifechurch.tv. You guys know I’m an Apple freak and his post marries the best of both worlds: the Church and Apple. What would the church that Steve Jobs ran be like? Just got ...
My (Kids') Life: December 2008
http://twokidsblog.blogspot.com/2008_12_01_archive.html
Tuesday, December 23, 2008. Still Shots of the Christmas Program. We had a lot of quick videos of this.mostly broken up between songs. I thought these were the best two. It was terrible cute. Ella's been singing these songs around our house for a long time, so it was fun to see her do it on stage. Also."Glory to God in the Highest, and On Earth Peace" didn't go nearly as well as it did at the kitchen table! Cute nontheless, but the video wasn't worth the post, mostly on account of she didn't do much!

Tuesday, September 23, 2008. The Girls ABSOLUTE FAVORITE Activity. Mia "Tries" the Spoon. Friday, September 12, 2008. That is what this post will certainly be.an injustice to the things we've been doing since I last posted on Ella's frist day of preschool. I feel as if I've done a disservice to those of you who comit to following our activities via this medium, even if there are only a small handful of you. For that I apologize. But alas, we must press on. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Mia Tries the Spoon.
My (Kids') Life: August 2008
http://twokidsblog.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
Tuesday, August 26, 2008. Ella's first day of preschool went pretty smoothly. I didn't anticipate anything else, but that doesn't change that it did in fact go well. She seemed to enjoy herself, made a new friend "the girl in the pink shirt." We later learned, when running into her at McDonald's that her name is Brooklyn. The only questionable moment came prior to our first day of school when I discovered she was to bring a "large" school bag. What? Can't I carry her folders and artwork in my hand? Chris...
My (Kids') Life: May 2008
http://twokidsblog.blogspot.com/2008_05_01_archive.html
Wednesday, May 14, 2008. Mia's much better now. Went back in yesterday morning and her white count had dropped. She seems to have responded to the antibiotics well. Never did have any coughing issues, and the fever seems to be completely gone this morning. Now her biggest problem is that Carson seems to think her head is a good place to practice pounding his toys! The girls and I go to the nursing home this morning.Heidi got flower pots for the girls to paint and plant in for the residents. My bad. T...
My (Kids') Life: January 2009
http://twokidsblog.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
Monday, January 26, 2009. Minnesota and Swimming Pictures. We've had quite the flury of activity lately and it doesn't stop for a good few days. Friday night Ella had a makeup Tumbling class on account of we missed all but one week of December due to cold/snow/holidays. The class was just she and her good friend Abby and Abby's sister Morgan. It was cool to see what they were willing/able to try with such individual attention. We've changed AWANA programs, Ella was a puggle at a chruch nearby, but we dis...
My (Kids') Life: March 2009
http://twokidsblog.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 3, 2009. This IS the Good Life! And I don't mean like Nebraska claims to be the "goodlife" this really IS the good life. We've had a few more Tuesday playdates recently. Chase last week. In the jeep) and Trevyn this. Finger-painting). It's been fun having boys around.between those boys and Colin, whom we've babysat frequently of late, Ella's gotten lots of "boy" style play recently. Since then she's peed and/or pooped in the potty four times on request. Yay fun. Haven't decided if the ...
My (Kids') Life: Poop and Puke
http://twokidsblog.blogspot.com/2009/02/poop-and-puke.html
Thursday, February 19, 2009. I continue to be amazed how dislike her sister Mia is. And I'm grateful for it.mostly cause it helps me realize that I don't control their destiny or abilities and helps me to relinquish control and responsibility. They are their own independent people and while I get the chance to help shape their lives they have their own beings underneath it all. I'm totally taken by both of my girls every day. Alleyna is with us this morning and she got into a little mischief while Mi...

We’ve seen the transformation many times people who came to us full of doubt and uncertainty become secure in the knowledge of their rightful place in God’s great kingdom. The change may start slowly in a Bible Study class or choir participation, perhaps but once it begins, it picks up speed. The good works, shared experiences, time spent in prayer.
