Navigating life with a special needs child. Scrambled Eggs and Meatballs. Today has been Josiah's best day since he was discharged from the hospital last week. He came home Friday afternoon. Rick took him for a follow up appointment Monday morning. The Dr. said it would take another full week for Josiah to bounce back. It was reassuring to hear that. Thursday, February 18, 2010. Is a small country located in the Indian Ocean. It is south east of India. It has a very large population of Buddhists (over 70%). It is a very poor country. Recently their 30 year civil war ended. There are many orphans and handicapped people as a result of the war. We spent time in Colombo (the Capital) and Vavuniya (in the northern part).
