I use this site to store my keto recipes, research, notes and thoughts. Wednesday, April 02, 2014. This is how I find inspiration. I've been on a keto diet for about 2 months now and I really don't crave carbs at all anymore. My carb cravings subsided about 2 weeks into the diet. I can't tell you how much weight I've lost as I don't even own a scale. Last time I weighed myself I was at the doctors office. I weighed in at 292 lbs, I was almost in the 300 club! I do kind of miss burritos but tortillas are not low carb but the burrito ingredients can be. I ordered a large steak burrito, no beans, no rice.
