Jourdan Leigh in the kitchen. Thursday, February 26, 2015. Curried Lentils and Rice Bowl w Cashew Cilantro Dressing. I loved how the curry flavor wasn't overpowering at all. I replaced some of the water with a can of coconut milk and it made the rice and lentils so creamy and delicious. I also added sweet potatoes with the carrots and loved the combo. I thought the salad dressing was delicious, but a little runny for my taste so that's the only other change I made in the recipe below. 1 tbsp olive oil.

Sunday, August 2, 2015. I am feeling pretty darn well I would still say! I stopped exercising at 37 weeks because I was feeling flat out exhausted after doing it. I have been walking everyday at least once to try to help encourage baby to come and its just nice to continue doing something physical with my body. Reese, Buster, and me are really enjoying this time in the mornings each day! 33 weeks 6 days. 34 weeks 6 days. 37 weeks 3 days. 38 weeks 2 days. 39 weeks 1 day. 33 weeks 6 days. 26 weeks 1 day.
