3 Little Larson Girls. Thursday, June 23, 2011. At times of transition in life it seems wise to take pause and breathe deep. We were fortunate to do that at Holden Village in Chelan. A woman offered the paint the girls' faces. Oh, boy! Trip Further West Before We Head East. Sand between the toes will never do. Thursday, June 9, 2011. The Kinderg...

TEAM DEBOER: Christmas
http://teamdeboer.blogspot.com/2014/02/christmas.html
Saturday, February 1, 2014. That foofy Valentine's Day is a comin' which means it's time to recap Christmas. This year, for the first time, we went to Lights in the Park. Next up was the girls' school Christmas concert. I managed to record almost the entire show on my DSLR, until the battery died, literally moments before Santa handed Maci her present. #parentfail In any case, as one might guess, the concert was the. Again with the iPhone photo…. Shook, wrapped, hoisted and tied down the small but mighty...

TEAM DEBOER: June 2014
http://teamdeboer.blogspot.com/2014_06_01_archive.html
Wednesday, June 25, 2014. You may have seen this meme floating around Facebook lately:. Like most things on Facebook, I usually turn a blind eye but this one … this one hits close to home. Last February was, by far, the toughest month of my entire existence. With the gift of hindsight, I can now lovingly label it the month of mortality but at the time, it was almost insufferable. So … just so … I'm not in denial … (tears, sobbing, gasps for breath) … he could die? This could be fatal? To the oldest….

TEAM DEBOER: October 2013
http://teamdeboer.blogspot.com/2013_10_01_archive.html
Friday, October 25, 2013. An old coworker of mine used to say, you can't hit a home run everyday. I now consider this an understatement. In fact, it's become my unofficial Mom-mantra. Continuing with the baseball analogy, lately I feel I could be happy with an intentional walk. Sacrifice fly? Issue #2: Gone are the days where my sole responsibility was merely keeping my child alive. Now I have to parent and discipline … and teach. A teacher I am NOT. And my toddler is already entirely too smart. ...Issue...
