Nestled on a lovely culdesac in the centre of Rochester WI just steps from the Burlington bike trail you will find the Kayes. We scored this place in September of 2009 for only $950 a month. ( I so hate throwing that much away on rent! We planned on buying but DH has found it difficult to keep a job. So here we have what we throw about 11grand a year away on! Heyat least we have some cool neighbours!

My Quest to Become a Good Housewife. Tuesday, August 27, 2013. The Post of Shame. Anyway, I was encouraged to post again by a very good friend, so here I am. What has changed since my last post? Hmm, I'll just run down what's going on and you can judge for yourself. Sophia is 6, James is 4, Sabrina is 2.5 and Luke turned 1 last week! We took a family vacation to Florida in April, and had a blast. I have a grand piano now! Well a baby grand. Still :). Hope to do this again sometime soon! 2013 in a nutshell.

A Day In The Life Of. Thursday, 30 June 2011. Ahhhh, Romance (a man, a woman, and a boat). I'm kind of at a loss as to what to post now, so I'll give you some romantic history. :). Dh and I met teaching in SC. He was actually the first person I met, and I moved into his apartment and lived with his stuff while he was moving out. My Quest to Become a Good Housewife. Monday, June 27, 2011. Okay that's overstating it since I only made 15 (13 pictured because my oldest daughter is a tart stealing ninja), but still! Feast your eyes on this yumminess! In a few weeks, I'll be able to make them with fresh garden strawberries which is even better! These are garden strawberries too, but they were frozen from last year. I don't have a picture of the tart stealing ninja with tart all over her face, but believe me, it happened.
