June 11th was our little princess's 4th birthday! It is so hard to believe that Sarah Lu is now FOUR years old! Rachael made her the most beautiful Princess cake. It was a pink and purple castle with turrets, and it was just stunning! We had a Princess themed party for The Princess Sarah Lu's birthday celebration. The table was set in all Disney Princesses while her wrapping paper was Barbie Island Princess (one of her very favorite movies). Opening her Belle Barbie from Yashi. It was the sweetest thing!

Playing in the Sand. Where there is sand, Sarah will find it. Exploring and out for a walk. Most of our time was spent at our place. We have lots of beautiful land, so we took many nature hikes. Sarah Lu loved exploring! A Wildlife Show and lots of close encounters with many animals! Including giraffe,a tiger named Lilly, Clyde the 14 yr. old camel, and Suzie, the 8-week-old zebra! Wednesday, June 11, 2008. Steven (my friend who went to Kibaale, Uganda) just gave me the video of my two GORGEOUS sponsor kids! It is the cutest thing I've ever seen! I just had to share. The translator is a little hard to hear, but basically the "message" is that the goat I sent to Jackie's family has had two babies (which you can see in the picture from the previous post). =). Thursday, August 30, 2007. I was kind of in denial about it, but today I had no choice but to face up to the fact that school is starting up next week! Today was spent. school shopping. And when you're school shopping, you kind of have to realize that school may be just around the bend. I know it won't be that bad. Its not even school that I'm dreading (although I can't say I like homework. and Grade 11, I'm sure, is full of it! Its more the fact that I am no longer free to have fun and do whatever I want.
