How do you deal with such a deep sadness. When I look back on all that has been in my life, I am surprised that I have made it this far without falling apart. Maybe part of being human is that if enough awful shit happens, you just fall apart no matter how positive your attitude, or constructive your actions are. Rebuilding from the ground up.
