My journal to a fitter / healthier me! Monday, August 4, 2008. It seems that my blogs have been rather depressing of late. My cold is getting worse and this morning I left work early. I now have 2 working days left and a full on busy week before I leave for the warm, beautiful Townsville. I should be excited but I feel to sick at the moment. My journal to a fitter / healthier me! Monday, July 28, 2008. Things were up.now they are down. Long time no update - that wasn't part of the plan! Well last Wednesday I was stoked, went to the gym jumped on the scales and look at that 1.1kgs lighter! Then to the down part. Had a weekend full of drinking and eating and there goes that 1.1kg I lost :(. 2007 - Pride and Accomplishment. Monday, October 31, 2005. I had my skin folds and tape measurements taken again this morning - doing this every 2 weeks. I have dropped over 7mm in 2 weeks and all measurements have gone down. I am not feeling particularly strong in my weights these days which bothers me a bit. Get better soon Nat! So this morning I trained legs and instead of using the bar for squats and deadlifts I used dumb bells instead. What a workout! Its such a different way to train and really got the heart rate up! Also did lots of fast reps with about 10secs rest breaks, I was nice and sweaty at the end of my session. And today here is a pic...
