Cole loves to help Daddy grill and also loves his backyard so tonight thanks a break in the ever present rains of late he got to hop on his four wheeler and ride while Daddy grilled some chicken. Thursday, July 14, 2011. Waiting for the new couch. Our new couch is supposed to come tomorrow so we moved the old couch out of the way to make room. Cole wasn't thrilled about the lack of seating so he dragged his big red chair in and had a seat to enjoy his chocolate milk. And then Jagger decided he needed to try it out, too. Sunday, July 3, 2011. The 3rd of July. 4th of July means ribs in our house and Rob delivered once again. He made a rack of babybacks as usual but this year he added spare ribs to the menu and they were so good! I'm normally not a big fan of ribs but I loved these. Then tonight we attempted to go see the fireworks at Busch Gardens but it was insanely crowded so back home to our own driveway show it was. Tuesday, May 31, 2011. Today, we headed over to Asheville to the Western Carolina Nature Center. Cole was very excited to find out he was going to bears! Usually, when we go to the zoo at home, the bears are inside somewhere or sleeping because it's always so hot. When we first arrived, we saw an owl show but a lot of it was still too old for Cole. Then we headed off in search of black bears. Bingo - bear found! Posing in the sign for me. Mountain lions - you could tell they were hot. Monday, May 30, 2011.

Tuesday, June 28, 2011. Can you find the sleeping Cole? It's become a nightly routine since Cole got his big boy bed for Rob and I to peek in and see what position he's sleeping in.
