One step at a time. You are here: Home. March 15, 2016. Traversing from the Jöchelspitze to the Großer Krottenkopf last summer. In the course of developing my training plan for 2016, I took a long hard look at last year’s training. Here are the takeaways:. And it’s useful to see my pattern of working out from March until September, and then slipping into a work-hole for the next six months (this happened in 2014 and 2015). Journey to a Little Johnson
Journey to a Little Johnson. Tuesday, April 24, 2012. Day 12 of my 500 mg Metfomin and I am NAUSEOUS! I'm getting headaches here and there, but I'm not sure if it's the meds or the fact that we're in the car for over 5 hours a day taking T (the MIL) to her radiation treatments. I've never done well in the car so it could be that but I'm thinking the meds aren't helping. Breakfast- Spinach and cheese omelet and baloney. I couldn't eat too much of the omelet, but tomorrow I have a better plan for one.

Journey to a Little One. This is my journey to my first little human. December 23, 2016. My mom and sister outdid themselves again with the holiday-themed photos. Miles and Kaya, Christmas 2016. But didn’t they turn out amazing? Turns out, one-year-olds don’t actually like sitting on a crate tangled in lights. She LOVES Chri...

Life Lessons on the Journey to a Marathon. Tuesday, September 27, 2011. Saturday, September 24th, 2011 I set out on the Century I had chosen, the Rip Roarin'. Saturday morning I just wanted to go see what I could do. On my registration form I circled 103, but a big circle that encompassed 79 as well!
