Journey To The Way. Monday, July 9, 2012. Pictures of our time in Santiago. After completing the walk we stayed for three nights soaking in the ambiance of this wonderful and historic city. We stayed in little rooms in 400 year old buildings located right off one of the Cathedral plazas. . The nightlife continued late into the evening making sleeping before 2am impossible, so we joined in the celebrations as we walked the streets and listened through our open floor-to-ceiling window doors flung wide open.
