We enjoy biscuits around here, but I never feel like going through the work of cutting in the butter, kneading, and cutting out biscuits. I mean, to make biscuits, it requires a clean workspace, right? Here's a quick and easy recipe I've adapted that makes yummy biscuits in a flash! 2 cups 2 TBS flour (I used freshly milled, whole wheat). 2 ts baking powder. 7 TBS butter, chilled.
