Jens Salted Peanut Butter Fudge. 1/2 cup coconut oil (I used 1/4 c grassfed Kerrygold butter and 1/4 cup Artisana brand coconut butter). 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter. 1/4 cup raw cacao powder. 1/4 c raw honey or maple syrup. 2 drops vanilla bean paste. Fleur de sel or Celtic sea salt for sprinkling on top. Side note: *raw cacao has more antioxidants than blueberries and red wine, so you really can feel virtuous having this dessert! Thursday, January 23, 2014. Blessings and a Blunder ;). Went to visit friends and was stunned to see flowers just for me, Julia Child's boeuf bourguignon for me to take home and some earl grey tea to sip on while we watched Downton Abbey! My sweet sister, Michelle, treated me to brunch at the Champagne Bakery and brought me the happiest yellow flowers! We love to split the strawberries and cream crepe and a savory ham and egg crepe.
