The media used to promote wholesomeness… but now they look for the "cool kids" who set the trends, and direct marketing toward them, and their follows. It's sad, and what is really sad is that the "cool" kids are not so "cool" at all. They just have things, or rather, things have them…. I was recently watching a news piece online that is interesting and this has helped me to see the other side of marketing, but it is devastating!
