I've a reason to believe I'm into slight depression over these months filled with massive traveling and heavy workloads over the shoulder. I've try keeping up with routine exercises, listening to music I like, watching good movies, catching up with families and friends and etc but none of these really filled the hole in me, and the sadness i see myself through the mirror.So what's next?
