Welcome to our kitchen. Wednesday, August 5, 2009. 4 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks. 1 cup of plain breadcrumbs. Salt and pepper to taste. Cream of chicken/ celery/ or mushroom soup. 1/2 can of milk. 6 slices of swiss cheese (more if you like it cheesy). Bake for 30 minutes uncovered. I serve it with rice. The cheesy sauce is delicious on rice. Monday, August 3, 2009. 1 whole chicken, cooked and shredded. 3 cups of chicken broth (I reserve this from the water the chicken was boiled in).

Welcome to our kitchen. Monday, October 26, 2009. This recipe is very simple and quick to put together. 1 pound or so of tilapia (fresh or frozen, defrosted). 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle of dried basil. 2 cups crushed potato chips (actually made it one time with crushed soup crackers, too). 3 tbls of melted butter. Preheat the oven to 425. My anjeera recipe can be found here. 1 1 can 14 oz Heinz Deep-Browned Beans in Tomato Sauce. 2 1/2 an onion, diced. 3 1/2 green pepper, diced. 4 3 garlic cloves, minced. 5 1/2 chicken stock cube. 6 1 cup of water. 1 Pour the entire can of beans on a skillet. 2 Add 1/2 onion and 1/2 green pepper, diced. 3 Let it simmer for 5 minutes, then add 1/2 cup of water. 4 Add 1/2 chicken stock cube, mix well. Oil (amount according to your preference). 2 or 3 Fried onions (store bought, or fried seperately in a frying pan and then laid out on a paper towel, or fried in the same pot in which you are going to cook the mutton but removed and drained on paper towel serperately before cooking mutton in it). Garam masala (whole, if you have any or you can use the powder). Coriander powder (one or two tsp). Cumin powder (half tsp).
