剛好又買了 美國 Cuisinart 不鏽鋼全方位手持攪拌器. 就直接用雞蛋、泡打粉(食用小蘇打)、牛奶、細砂糖及低筋麵粉來自作麵糊. 1將蛋、細砂糖放入容器內，一起打發至呈乳白色。(如果是用手動打蛋器打發全蛋，請先把蛋先退冰、將蛋白及蛋黃分開打，比較容易). 3取鍋，放入沙拉油、牛奶一起加熱煮成60度左右。 4再將【作法3】材料倒入【作法2】中仔細拌勻。 5將拌勻的麵糊倒進抹上薄薄的油的象印電子鍋內，按下【】鍵。大約35-40分鐘就可以完成。 6海綿蛋糕一出爐就立刻倒扣放涼，以免因遇冷收縮。待蛋糕完全冷卻，以竹筷沿鍋內邊緣挖開就可以迅速脫模。 以下就是剛剛出爐的蛋糕，其實也有用烤箱烤一個六吋大小的，烤的時間差不多30分鐘、上下火190度左右，口感比較乾，沒有像電子鍋的那麼濕潤，如果家裡有象印電子鍋的朋友可以有空試試看囉. 從電子鍋內脫模下來的蛋糕，我還忘了抹油，不過蠻好脫的。 醫生：「脖子也(燙)嗎？」家長：「脖子還好。」. 基本上我家的小公主很喜歡喝湯，尤其是香香甜甜的黃耆枸杞紅棗雞湯，都會喝個一大碗。 1雞洗淨，放入滾水汆燙，撈起、沖淨瀝乾。 訂閱： 文章 (Atom).
