Monday, January 16, 2012. Evans is getting old (and big! Evan helped us take down our Christmas decoration on Epiphany this year. He can label boxes! Posted by Amber Connors. Big Reid is 8 months (and 10 days) old! Here are his most recent tricks: He can pull himself up and "cruise" a little bit. He is eating food that has some textures - namely Mum Mum crackers and Yogurt melts. (He's still trying to get the hang of eating without gagging.) He jabbers all day long. He has 3 teeth now! So, I have been teaching my little nephew, Micaiah, some new things I am sure his mother is so very grateful for. I taught him how to smack his forehead and say, "Doh! Everyone needs a little Homer. I taught him how to do squinty-eyes and wide-eyes. (Oh man. It's hi-larious! I taught him how to master the the 'Cheers! That comes after it. (I think his mom started that one.). He just did it.
