Monday, February 1, 2010. Aktion Clubs are Kiwanis Club chapters for people with developmental disabilities. Members elect their officers and participate in deciding what will occur at meetings. The clubs perform service projects and also have "fun" meetings (bingo, bowling, etc.) Regular meetings last about an hour. Refreshments are provided for free. Dues are $5.00 per year. The Char-Meck Aktion Club meets the first and third Wednesday of every month at 9:00 am at the Nevins Center. 4 Circle of Friends.
