Saturday, April 18, 2009. With a new date in mind to compete at, my coach and I decided to re-tool my diet. We learned a few things about how my body reacts to things and here is the main summary. 1 I am carb sensitive. My body can soak them up like a sponge, which can be good and bad if not controlled. 2 My legs kick ass. I need to calm down off the cardio and training, and focus on my weaknesses instead of my strengths! Low Carb Day - 1 Cup Egg Whites, 2 Eggs, 2 oz Chicken, Broccoli. Welcome to my world.

Monday, November 30, 2009. Its not too late. 2009 was a year of finding myself and I need to keep that optimistic point of view going into 2010. Sunday, November 29, 2009. 32 days til 2010. Is it just me, or did 2009 really just fly by? I feel like I have made a lot of new changes in my life and the way I am living life these days, but somehow still feel like it is a work in progress. I mean, are we ever going to be satisfied? Is it really our business? How can something you feel good about be wrong?

So I was very surprised to see it on Sunday. It's nothing. and you can barely see it. I'm amazed! Since you can't really see my scar in the pic above, I attached the same picture from my. Welcome to my world. Monday, July 19, 2010. The Road to Recovery. Yesterday marked a year and 8 months since surgery # 1. Anyway, so the Dr. showed me everything and left me for the anesthesiologist. The anesthesiologist came over and asked me a bunch of questions and I was ready. The nurse came over and began rolling me towards the operating room. Once we got to the operating room, I was moved to the operating table and strapped down. The operating room was freezing! Such a little cutie! I was uncomfort...
