To develop proper footwork in all players that will allow them to succeed at higher basketball levels. To teach and develop basketball IQ. To develop each player’s ability to communicate with teammates and coaches. To develop a strong knowledge of when and how to use the basic dribbling moves with either hands ( crossover, between the legs, spin, behind the back, hesitate, in and out).

He has coached at Lee Davis, JR Tucker, Douglas Freeman, Glen Allen High Schools as an asst. Varsity coach. He was the head coach at Deep Run High School for six years.
