Just another WordPress.com site. May 3, 2012. All the bacteria on both the plates with the pGLO plasmids survived and multiplied greatly. The bacteria in both plates glowed neon green under UV Light and the bacteria in the ampicillan survived. For the plates without the pGLO proteins neither of them glowed in the dark.
