In fact, they eat pretty much what you do. When my kids go to the bookstore, they get a coffee. It isn’t only adults who drink coffee. Just like you adults eat pizza and burgers. Monday, December 6, 2010. I thought writing the book was the scary part. Then it was the submission process. Even though I'm published, I'm still beating the bushes for an agent. The last three books I've submitted have netted about 150 rejections so far. Does that make me want to stop, give up, and curl myself into a fetal position under my desk? I think it hurt just as much to stretch the old noggin as it did when I was in physical therapy for back pain. There were a couple of times I had to go back and redo things.
