Description: B&W flier used to advertise a business leadership conference. Process: First, I sketched out what my poster would look like. Then I went into InDesign and actually designed my flier. I used white letters against black to add contrast in the “CONFERENCE” portion of the header, and I fell that my use of capitalization used only in the “CONFERENCE” section helps add some rhythm to the piece. Audience: Recent graduates, around 22-30 years of age. Top thing learned: The importance of alignment.
