Monday, February 22, 2010. What is a real man? A quick word of caution - It may seem like I'm bashing women in this post, but I hope you won't take it that way because that's definitely not how I intend it to sound. Is it just me, or is it the typical mainstream image of an actual man - that bothers me . . . and I mean it really gets under my skin. I hope I'm not the only one, but in case I am, here is what I mean. What would it look like for the men around you to actually stand up for what they believe?

Wednesday, February 18, 2009. It's a small world, but a there's lots of love out there. This morning, while in one of my university's chapel services, I believe that God had a message for my heart. Standing there in chapel, listening to others sing praise to God, and just standing there, God spoke to me. Let me preface why I wasn't singing (like everyone else) by letting you know why I was doing what I was doing . . . I could literally feel him moving in, through, and all over today's chapel service!

Monday, September 7, 2015. Here's a brief set of notes from 9/6/15's message about the Parable of the Prodigal Son:. The prodigal son basically said "I wish you were dead" to his father. Broke to in desperate need. Lived among pigs - the unclean of unclean animals. Finally comes to his senses and realizes what he did to his father. Father forgives without needing any explanation. He was on the lookout for his son all along. Given what he didn't deserve. Restored in the family (given a ring on his hand).
