Register before May 15th for the Early Bird Discount. Who organizes and manages the Summer Sailing Program? The program is organized and managed by the Cabrillo Beach Yacht Club (CBYC). The program is open to any youth interested in learning how to sail that can pass the swim test given the first day of camp. Participants must be at least eight years of age. The following must be brought to class everyday:. US Coast Guard approved life vest. The jacket type is recommended. A backpack may be helpful.
