邮箱入口 登录邮箱，在左侧菜单上找到 会议与日程 点击进入。 事件信息下方有3个功能按钮，点击 完整编辑 可以进入日程修改页面，点击 删除 可以删除日程，点击 关闭 返回原视图。 1 从日、周、月视图 鼠标移至特定一天，点击 新建事件. 当收到会议邀请时，您可选择 接受 、 不确定 和 拒绝 ，会议组织者将会立即收到您的回复。 1 单击日视图、周视图及月视图中日程后面的 删除事件 链接. 2 单击日程，进入完整日程查看页面，点击页面下方的 删除 按钮删除日程. 在 事件 页面中勾选多个日程，选中日程前面的选择框，再单击 删除事件 按钮，则可以实现日程批量删除。 日程管理的 事件 视图左上栏 可以看到 快速搜索 的搜索框，你可以通过关键字搜索快速定位所要查找的日程。 代理 可查看共享邮箱 可使用授权人的账号发信 可更改邮件未读状态 可删除邮件。 代表 可查看共享邮箱 可代表授权人发信 不可更改邮件未读状态 不可删除邮件。
