http://mootsgathering.blogspot.com/2012/03/baby-and-bagel-dip.html
A little gathering spot. Unless the Lord builds the house." Psalm 127. A baby and bagel dip. Several weeks ago, my mom and I hosted a baby shower for my sister Kelly. We are VERY excited about all the pink things that are entering her life. And we were also excited that her mother-in-law Sharon (who lives very far away) could share in the excitement over all the little pink things. Kelly and I were also. A little gathering spot: Sundays
http://mootsgathering.blogspot.com/2012/03/sundays.html
A little gathering spot. Unless the Lord builds the house." Psalm 127. I didn't used to like Sundays. Things to do at church, dinner to be made, choir practice, and lesson plans and papers to grade. Sundays involved so much. work. And, the Lord knows, I could have a hard time putting work down. Feel like doing .

A little gathering spot. Unless the Lord builds the house." Psalm 127. This past weekend, the fire-breathing monster reared his ugly head again! I thought we had put him to rest (possibly for good? But, alas, he decided to re-emerge from the deep, dark corners of Daniel's closet. This particular monster, however, has become Daniel's friend. Yep, THIS is the fire-breathing monster. Maybe you have one of these at your house? She has kept a 3 foot buffer zone between that machine and herself at all times!

A little gathering spot. Unless the Lord builds the house." Psalm 127. Isn't it a blessing to know that God meets us where we are? And thankfully doesn't leave us there! I don't know about you, but sometimes I struggle with knowing "how" to pray about something. You see, I want my prayer to be pleasing to God; but the problem is, many times, my heart is not.
