E-mail fteshima@fukuoka-u.ac.jp. 国際超音波治療研究会 International Society for Therapeutic Ultrasound ISTU が京都で開催されたのを期に、平成13年4月に日本超音波治療研究会が組織されました。 超音波の臨床応用も盛んで、前立腺がんで東海大学 内田教授、乳がんや腹腔内臓器にClinica ET 奥野哲治先生が初めて導入されたのを期に、医誠会病院、ブレストピアなんば病院、会津中央病院、板橋中央病院、新須磨病院、福岡徳州会病院、ルカ病院附属ルーククリニック、アモルクリニックなどの先駆的病院に導入され、千葉大学付属病院では肝臓がんに対する治験が行われ、現在は成東病院において治験が進行中です。 これを期に、従前の日本超音波治療研究会を発展させ、定期の学術集会を開催し研究を深めるとともに、ISTUとも連携した新しい日本超音波治療研究会 Japanese Society for Therapeutic Ultrasound JSTU を発足させたいと、本研究会が発足いたしました。 日本超音波治療研究会 会長 立花 克郎.
