Monday, October 20, 2014. We took a lovely fall hike last week to Calvert Cliffs in Maryland. We hiked through forest, wetland, and ended up on a little piece of beach filled with fossils. It was magical. Lucy is obsessed with water and being outside, so she was in heaven the entire time. I LOVE the east coast. It is seriously beautiful. Friday, May 16, 2014. Lu at 13 months. She is the best. She is such a little ball of energy, charm, personality, sweetness, and just enough spunk. She NEVER stops moving.

Friday, July 10, 2015. Will had 2 procedures at the end of June. Luckily Dr. Baron and Dr. Thomas coordinated to do these together to make it easier on Will. Back to the dreaded 3rd floor at Vandy where JT and I have never been given good news. Makes my stomach turn just thinking about it! As always, everyone was great! He had a blast! He didn't want to go back to the OR and put up a little fight, but of course it all worked out, just involved some sobbing and refusals. They drew a race track for the cars.

18 month check up. It's been a while since I posted so I thought I'd do a little Kellen update. :). We went to the doctor today for his 18 month 'well baby' check up. 33 pounds, 35 1/2 inches (that's almost 3 feet! The doctor was pretty impressed with his vocabulary. At first he was shy but after a few mins of her being in the room and talking to us he started with his normal talking. She said his vocab was better than a lot of 2 year olds that she sees. That made me really happy! 1 month - Easter.
