Tuesday, October 23, 2007. I never intended for Facebook to take over from my blog but it definitely has. oh well, I guess you just accept and grow with it. I have to say one thing that has been on my mind lately is that I find it extremely disappointing that some people seem to think just because I moved away from home that I am the only one who has to make the effort to keep in touch. I flew into Ho Chi Minh on the 1st and came straight down into the hub of it all, before I left I spoke to one of our friends Dan who said "Saigon was will spin you out, just you wait! Monday, August 06, 2007. Met the man himself! I had the pleasure today of meeting Napoleon Perdis. wow. It was quite exciting just seeing him in the flesh and he came right over, introduced himself and then gave me a quick compliment "I love your head scarf, it looks beautiful on you! Before his entourage wisked him away! God am I glad that I knew he was coming and took exceptionally long to pick out the perfect outfit and accessories. Fingers crossed Vancouver will be next.
