Tuesday, October 26, 2010. Last Saturday marked the two year anniversary for Teen and I! Who would've thought we'd be spending it trudging through a rain forest in Singapore. But we did. I created something that was awesome! Poached Egg (poached soft). Jenn had berry pancakes, poached egg and bacon. I am not the biggest fan of sweet breakfasts, I like the savory ones! I totally recommend making this, it is not too hard and it totally curves the craving for a savory breakfast! In Darjeeling, India.

Tuesday, August 31, 2010. I officially booked my first holiday, yippee! We will be taking a ferry from Singapore that takes about 45 minutes to the island of Bintan. Chug-along-chug-along. Then we arrive! I booked the shadiest place I could find cause it was cheaper and stuff. Indonesian islands on a long weekend ain't a bargain. We managed to get two bedrooms, so it says. Sunday, January 30, 2011. Another lazy weekend comes and goes. Today it poured all day, Vancouver style. I was also cold from A/C much of the day, so it did sorta feel like winter.
