Where Kim muses on everything and nothing. Traveling in Italy without a car. Sunday, May 16, 2010. Oh, to be in Hagaparken. Which I found on SFV's website. It gives an overview of what you can find in this lovely English-style park. For more information on the park, check out this link. I spent a little over an hour strolling today, enjoying the beauty of the park and its nature. It was the perfect way to end the weekend, even if it was a bit cloudy today. I forgot my camera at home. B&B M Club in Ravenna.

Where Kim muses on everything and nothing. Traveling in Italy without a car. Sunday, April 11, 2010. Everytime something like a bumblebee or a sparrow comes near them. Soon it'll be perfect weather for a long, long walk around Hagapark. And soon it'll be perfect boule weather. Ooh.and barbecuing.I am longing for that. :). But for now, I am still wearing a fleece jacket and a scarf, longing for the day I can put on my shorts and sandals and enjoy a glass of rosé outdoors. Friday, April 02, 2010. Toni Morr...

Where Kim muses on everything and nothing. Traveling in Italy without a car. Friday, September 17, 2010. What really got my goat was something that happened on the way home. By the end of the flight, I felt like Gail and I, through our chats about Scandinavia and living in the the Philadelphia area, etc had managed to become pretty good travel buddies. We even chatted as we waited for our luggage. Now I know- next time I fly to the US or to any destination that will take longer longer than three hours to...

Store of Good Things. Why Age Gracefully When You Can Make the 10 o’clock News? May 8, 2015. You’ve seen the videos and you’ve read the news articles. They’re always about some older woman or guy doing something highly age-inappropriate like walking a tightrope or doing a backwards flip or swimming the English Channel with a broken arm. Can you believe this old guy (or dame)? They’re still rockin’ after all these years! Bringing her sum total of children to 17. Even if I’m a pro-choice feminist who...

How Would You Punctuate Your Life?
http://www.geezersisters.com/aging/editing-the-past
Store of Good Things. August 21, 2012. Recently, I was having lunch with a friend who’s so much more attractive and chic than I am that I began to figure I should get a halo or tiara for having the gall to hang out with her. I could go on — mentioning the fact that she’s also nice and smart — but who needs it? No reason to go all Sylvia Plath in this heat. Besides, that’s all an intro, which, as usual, I got carried away with, and the point of the story is getting lost, dammit. Yes, she insisted. 8212; b...

Sure, it may be well stocked, but do you even know what's in it, especially since you didn't stock it yourself? Can you find what you need quickly? 8226; bites, stings and rashes.
