El diario de Laura. Saturday, August 9, 2008. Kate, my brother and I went to the Backyardigans Live show today! It was really good. The show was actually pretty funny for adults as well. My brother and I had our few share of laughs! Kate was amazed and enjoyed every minute of it! She was pretty upset during the intermission. The potty break was taking to long! El diario de Laura. Thursday, August 14, 2008. My First Manicure (ever). I got my first manicure today! I felt like a virgin when I went in the salon! Yeah right :P) Luckily Jamie had told me what to ask for or I would have been totally lost! I love the way my hands look now! I will be doing this more often! So I am a little ugh about people touching my feet. I really have to get over that. So I went and bought the kit to do it yourself! Just to try to see what it looks like! It's an addiction =).

El diario de Laura. Wednesday, May 28, 2008. August is looking good! My hubby called today and said he got the go ahead for August. Now we just wait to see what time of August. Still keep your fingers crossed because with the Army you never freaking know! But at least he got the go ahead from his higher ups! I am so excited because a lot has happened this month. El diario de Laura. Friday, August 29, 2008. Nails and Hair did again! Well I am officially hooked on getting my hair and nails done! Nails look the same! Next time I am thinking of getting black tips instead of white! Hair needed touching up! My red highlights looked more bronze than red! Hubby will be home soon hopefully! So had to do all the touching up! Loving it and I feel fabulous! I am ready to go just need the hubby to actually go! Here is a pic of me the day before my touch up! Spa Day for Kate!

I have been keeping this a secret but I have been on a diet for almost 3 months! I didn't want Leo to find out! That is why I hardly post pics of myself!
