Sometimes people act like they’re totally cool with it and then I later learn that they have some sort of fetish for transgender women. July 20, 2015. July 20, 2015. I remember picking up the flute when I was seventeen and being told that I could never amount to much as a musician, because I started “too late.”. I practiced for hours every day and I loved every minute of it. There were times when I wanted to give up and wasn’t even sure I loved music anymore. I changed my major in college to and from music probably a dozen times. I’m no genius. I wasn’t particularly apt at the flute. I just cared a lot and worked hard. She has a Dick!

July 22, 2015. August 7, 2015. A Woman’s Spirit. I’ve never been much for religion or spirituality. I’ve always been the sort of person to believe in what I could see. Transitioning has changed that a little. People still often see a man. I don’t anymore. As a child, I knew that there was something really different about me. I believe that we all have a spirit. I don’t know that I believe in a god the way most other people do. And then I wake up. If I look hard enough, I can see my spirit breaking free.
