Why “pooper scoopers”? Foot is in Pain. Yuck! Back in January, my left foot hurts. I have been using the P.R.I.C.E. (protection, rest, ice, compression, and elevation) recovery method. It is feeling a lot better now and I feel the strength is coming back in my foot. Not fully though, I am only referring to the strength that allow me to jump and run a little bit. This is a long road of recovery and I do not like it at all. This rehabilitation is a such a pain in the ass. Sign! Well Done, Vancouver!
