Is a mixed-voice chamber choir of about 35 voices. We are mostly professional people living or working in Oxford who enjoy meeting regularly to sing choral music to a high standard. And how to book tickets here. We perform a wide range of music that spans from the Renaissance to the present day - we have often performed music composed by our outgoing musical director . Simon Whalley . But many of our programme choices are early music or 20th century British music. Visit our Repertoire.

Sings at least three concerts a year and rehearses on Tuesday evenings during the Oxford term. All of our members are auditioned. We are always happy to hear from people interested in joining the choir and, depending on the programme of forthcoming concerts and the availability of current members, we may invite you to audition and sing with us for a rehearsal. We'd describe our repertoire as 'eclectic' - there's no one era or style of music that we prefer. However, as you'll see from the full list of our repertoire in our music archive, our concerts tend to be themed around the season and the church calendar, and this often governs our programme choices. Other highlights of our repertoire in the last few years have included:. Byrd: Mass for Five Voices. Bach: Jesu Meine Freude. Tallis: Mass "Puer Natus". Parry: Songs of Farewell.
