Sadie sneaks up on her haul of "Littlest Pet Shops" toys. Another way to play twister.what will they think of next. Another navy sport coat to last for 6 months then hand down to Daniel. Thomas is growing so fast. Daniel was pretty pleased with dinosaurs and "Diego" stuff. Ashley (#13) doing warm-up drills with her team mates. Matt and Nikki Shipley.

The Parker Family: Photos of Friends
http://michiganparkers.blogspot.com/2009/01/photos-of-friends.html
Maybe we'll rest when we die. Saturday, January 10, 2009. We didn't get photos of everybody we saw on our Christmas vacation, but I thought I'd make a quick post to show the ones we did get. The Bush family in Kansas City. L-R: Dave holding shy Tanner, Josh, Danny, and Braedon seated on the floor. Anne was not shown 'cuz she ran off to a hair appointment. It was amazing to see how big their boys are. We totally want to go back and see them again as well as the sites around Independence. Another shot of J...

The Parker Family: October 2008
http://michiganparkers.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
Maybe we'll rest when we die. Thursday, October 9, 2008. Rachel thru the years. Rachel is 9 right now and is such a blast to be around. She is a real sweetheart. If you are lacking energy just hang around her for a little while and she'll recharge your batteries. Daddy likes to take close-ups to capture our squeeky clean faces and big eyeballs. It's scary because it's the black tutu, if it were the pink one then it wouldn't be scary. It is great to be eight! This was her special day as she was baptised b...

The Parker Family: January 2009 - New Years with Rodenbergs
http://michiganparkers.blogspot.com/2009/01/new-years-with-rodenbergs-2008.html
Maybe we'll rest when we die. Saturday, January 10, 2009. January 2009 - New Years with Rodenbergs. Mike and Gloria on New Year's eve. It was fun but also a bit melancholy as Gloria accompanied their oldest son Austin to BYU Idaho the next day. All the kids faired pretty well with the mid-night hour. It was hard for me to make it to mid-night when I was a kid. The Parker kids eating the traditional shrimp and dip. Feels good to be back in the States.in China I gotta peel my own shrimp. Truth be told, the...

A work of art which did not begin in emotion is not art."—Paul Cezanne. This was no joy ride. August 1966, my grandfather who was in his 80s became gravely ill. My aunt packed me, her son, my grandfather into the car and rushed to the nearest hospital. This was the first time I ever drove a car and it was a manual transmission! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
