My grandmother is in the hospital and will be discharged to rehab/nursing. I never feel like I'm quite enough to anyone. And has made some IMO insensitive comments in front of my grandmother. You're busy raising beautiful kids! And, you post on Facebook. I miss your entries here, but sometimes there's only so much social media you can keep up with. :-). Anymore, I tend to put most stuff on Facebook, and more private things on LJ. And writing up the more private things takes a lot more time and energy.

Aaah, the booj. Mar 18th, 2013 at 8:56 PM. A question in the debate community I follow asked something about whether or not a person should have a second child if the first child has special needs. I really just want to stare at the question-poser with a giant freaking slack-jawed trout look. In other news, I'm about to sign my big kid up for 4-6 weeks in walking casts to try to stretch out her ankle joints and heel cords. Bets on how much she's going to hate me? Proud To Be An. Sep 13th, 2013 at 9:44 AM. I am back at work. Punk is back at school. First grade! Tukey is in a new day care. Preschool(ish) room! Soccer on Wednesday and Saturday. Dentist appointments for both kids last week. Doctor appointment for Punk this week. Work changed over to electronic records and that is madness. I miss the lazy, relaxed days of summer. I miss our long, easy mornings to wake up. I miss our adventures. I miss the lake. But we are still awesome. Feb 15th, 2013 at 8:58 PM. All the single ladies.

An ironic title under the circumstances. Monday, October 27, 2008. No on 8 Rally. On Sunday I attended the biggest Northern California rally against prop 8! There were 175 people there. We were LOUD! Tons of support from the cars, lots of honking and thumbs up signs. Got a couple of negative responses, but that is to be expected. It was so awesome to be a part of this. I've been waiting for a chance to get out there and be heard and this was the perfect opportunity. Every Family Deserves = Protection.
